  Alamo Ranch Fit Club is the perfect gym if you’re trying to reach towards any health or fitness goals! It took me a year to finally find a gym that fits my needs. I wanted a gym atmosphere that would challenge and motivate me beyond my comfort zone. Not only did I find what I was I looking for, ARFC continues to provide so much more! The owner Paul and the coaches here are amazing! They’re very knowledgeable and truly care about your goals. They really focus on your form during the movements and provide scaling as needed. ARFC also has all the equipment you need! Not many gyms in SA have push sleds, but this gym does! Oh and it’s also 24hrs which is awesome!!! Saturday WODs are usually partner workouts, this gives you the opportunity to get to know the members and motivate each other. Since I’ve became a member, my heath and fitness have improved tremendously! I highly recommend trying it out! ????????

  Such a great atmosphere, people are great and the coaches know what they are doing. My wife and I have improved our health tremendously since being here.

  The coaches are very friendly they explain the proper technique for individual exercises and ensure you’re doing it with proper form... what I enjoy the most is the comradery of the team pushing each other this is something you don’t get when going to a gym solo. Don’t be intimidated by cross training (CrossFit); it’s scaled based on your level.

  I signed my family up for a class here and we have loved the functional fitness environment we’ve experienced. All workouts can be modified which is great because my teenage daughter was hesitant to work out with weights. The coaches have taken extra care of her with focus on form and I’m seeing her confidence and strength grow. I signed us up as members after seeing first hand what a fitness community should be. Also, my wife and I appreciate that we can work out and see our youngest in the kid’s area on a tv screen in the gym.
  
  I had previously known Paul from another gym and he’s always been the epitome of motivation and positivity. I would recommend this gym to anyone.

  My wife and I have been doing functional fitness workouts for a little over two years and love it! We were sad to leave our previous gym due to some of the life long friends we made; however, we recently switched gyms to ARFC as the owner has always been a coach that I look up to!
  
  So far the gym has a cool feel and is nicely set up. In addition, the gym has plenty of equipment.
  
  My favorite part about the gym is the kids area! You can work out while monitoring your kids; knowing our kids are safe is a great feeling!
