“I don't have a storage unit but if I ever had to rent one in that area this where I would go! There customer service is amazing! I rented a 5 x 8 trailer because I was down sizing and moving to NC 5 x 8 way to small (my moving skills are terrible) I called Julian he said return it no problem set me up with a 10 ft. truck and a tow for my vehicle, which meant I had to tow my car. My planning skills were horrible for this move and I had a couple melt downs but Julian is super sweet and so helpful he took care of everything. He never answered a question until he knew the exact answer. I am in the service industry and love great customer service, which I find rare anymore. Julian is such an asset to the company and I appreciate his help more than he can imagine. BTW Julian I made it to Beaumont so far and it wasn't near as bad as I thought. I will email you when I arrive at my destination. Thank you so much again!”

I have a degree in social work and I have friends that work with this population and I hear horror stories about other facilities. As long as you visit with your loved ones on a regular basis, you’ll be able to see anything negative about their stay and report it to the Director of Nursing.”
