“I would like you all to know that this is a good place to come to. When i needed someone ro look at my car. There was a young man there and he was working and as soon as he saw me he came up to me and said may i help you. And i told him what was wrong . He asked me to pop my hood. He checked all of my levels they all were good. His name was Anthony i have a great experience with this young man. I will be back. I did call and speak to the manager his name was Albert Olivarez he was a nice man as I have noticed when I was in his store how all his employees and the manger works really good together. The Tech Anthony was working hard and he did always have time for the customers even though he was a busy man. That is what I like to see when I go into a shop. I am not really understanding why there are not better reviews for this manager and the tech that has helped me. please know I want pep boys to know that I wish that there were more hard working people in this world like this young man Anthony. I will be coming here to this one for my oil changes.”

“I am very pleased with my 60k service done at Vern's Auto. I was hesitant because I prefer the dealer. However one too many bad experiences helped me go in this direction thanks to my neighbor. They have helped me with the little extra things that I needed to take care of (wipers, pesky sticker tape, corrosion on battery) and I appreciated that. They did not have a solution in stock for my battery so he told me to come back and they will do it. This was not part of my service mind you. I asked him about recommendations others has told me (brake job, new tires) and received helpful information. I was picked up and dropped off so I saved money on a cab. The prices were very fare. This comes across as a mom and pop shop in the best ways. Their credentials speaks wonders. All the other reviews which I read all of them speaks wonders. I drove by to check them out and the customer who was there at the time has been going to Vern's for 20 years. He had mostly positive experiences. I received a itemized quote before doing the work whereas I had to practically harass the dealer plus other places for this. I have such anxiety with getting my car serviced but this place has my future auto needs and restored my faith in mechanics/auto shops. They actually care yall. Big thanks to JD, his mom and I think his Dad is Vern. It is a family affair and I felt like I was part of the family.”
