  Audi of Dominion took such great care of me when I purchased my first Audi vehicle this week! I went in with less than stellar credit, low expectations, and only 2 hours before closing time. My wonderful salesman, Charlie, his manager, and the finance manager, Ross, went above and beyond to get me in the exact vehicle I went there to look at, and at the monthly payment I had to stay at. My salesman was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and everyone I interacted with was kind & accommodating. Fantastic experience!

  The customer service I received from Miguel at Audi Dominion was magnificent. I was on site for a service that was going to take awhile. While I was waiting he and the staff made me comfortable and kept me updated on my vehicle. I was advised of more efficient ways to plan my next service, which was a big help knowing the available services they provide to their customers. I was glad to feel that I made the right decision when it came to bringing my car in for service. I would strongly suggest contacting Miguel in the service department for any of your needs. However, everyone on staff was very professional and helpful.

  Ross and Tristan from the Audi Dominion dealership were outstanding!! My boyfriend and I had just totaled our car, and they went above and beyond to help us get in a new car and get through this tough situation. Amazing and fast customer service, great car options and overall amazing people. Thank you so much!!!

  The staff were tremendously professional, they had a great attitude, the atmosphere was great, and great costumer service. Luiz, Ross and Kendall were all great!
  
  I drove from Dallas to pick my vehicle and they stayed behind to wait for me. I arrived at 9:15pm--1hr and 15 minutes after closing--and they were gracefully waiting for me. Kendall took me to a test drive upon arrival, and later Ross helped me finish the paperwork. I took him less than 30m to finish up everything.
  
  The car was impeccable when I arrived, and the paperwork was promptly prepared with a great attitude--after 9:00pm!
  
  Because of the time I arrived at the dealership, It's safe to say that most dealerships would have sent me home, told me to return the following day, or attended me with a negative stance. However, not at Audi Dominion--here they are truly gracious! I can attest because I've tried and tested!
  
  I'm impressed with the staff's professionalism and I'm overall very satisfied with the purchase.
  
  Superb place--I highly recommend you to visit them on your next car purchase!

  When I dropped off my vehicle for service, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! My service advisor, Nick Jones, was absolutely great. He was polite, professional and courteous. I was sent a text and email explaining exactly what service my vehicle required and an update along the way. When I came back to pick up my vehicle, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! That included a detailed explanation! I am still just blown away!! I will recommend Nick and Audi Dominion to all of my friends.
