“NP Amy Duncan is great. She listens and will explain everything. She is open to hearing what you’re going through with your child. She has been quick with my child’s paperwork and dealing with insurance to get his medication covered by our insurance. It has been my experience that she is very caring and wants to help children get better and be less medicated. She is faster than most drs to respond and easily accessible through patient portal. I am not a morning person but I didn’t mind waking up for an 8:30am appointment my child had scheduled with her. She was also able to assist in helping with my child’s VNS. With some additional guidance from Dr. Richards, and they make a great neurological team for my child.”

“I would like to recommend Avion Dental for the these reasons. First of all when your child walks in they will forget they are going to the Dentist. The first thing they see are the cool arcade games and the mini movie theater. Once they go in for treatment the rooms are also decorated so cool that it also capture the attention of your child. Second the staff is great. They also know how to easy your child's nerves. My grandchildren love going to their Dentist Appointments. Again I highly recommend Avion.”

“Was suffering for about 8 weeks with a Kidney stone lodged into my Ureter and it wasn’t budging. Went to the ER because the pain was getting worse. That is when the stone was seen. I was referred to Urology SA by the ER. I called and they said they had an opening at the the Brooks City Base location with Dr Russell. I had to have a procedure done to remove it with a camera and laser. I will say this about Dr Russell. They have numerous locations around San Antonio and to see him I have to drive about 40 minutes. 100% worth the extra drive. Very friendly, professional and obliterated the stone that was lodged. The staff there are friendly as well.”
