“Dr. A. Fidelis is quite a gentleman in his profession. He was very informative in explaining the old & new medication that had been prescribed for me. No matter what prescription, I was able to leave with knowledge of my prescription & the reason for not only the dosage, but also the reason for it being prescribed to me. With me being retired, it helped that the choices Pharmacy Plus has, makes it very cost effective. When it came to transferring my medications from one pharmacy to another, he handled all of that along with making sure that Dr. Kumar was informed of all pertinent information. Yes, I highly recommend him”

“Heritage Creek is a beautiful place and always really clean. But more than a building, I can't say enough how amazing Heritage Creek staff has been to me and my family. My dad was hospitalized and needed a place that could properly care for him. Because of very odd circumstances and timing, we needed to find a room and a hospital bed within a week. Lisa set up a room set up for him and went the extra distance to let us borrow a hospital bed, recliner chair, and dresser in the meantime. Liza, is the awesome on-site LVN and I trust her with any medical decisions involving my family. The staff was all so kind to us and my dad. While we visited him, multiple staff members offered to bring us drinks and snacks. This facility has many amenities and if they don't have it, they have connections to great home health care and hospice services. Would trust them with caring for other family members if they need assisted living facilities. Thank you Heritage Creek for all that you do!”

“NP Amy Duncan is great. She listens and will explain everything. She is open to hearing what you’re going through with your child. She has been quick with my child’s paperwork and dealing with insurance to get his medication covered by our insurance. It has been my experience that she is very caring and wants to help children get better and be less medicated. She is faster than most drs to respond and easily accessible through patient portal. I am not a morning person but I didn’t mind waking up for an 8:30am appointment my child had scheduled with her. She was also able to assist in helping with my child’s VNS. With some additional guidance from Dr. Richards, and they make a great neurological team for my child.”
