“Tbh last Saturday , I came to this location with zero expectations of buying a car. I mean zero! I’ve been window shopping for a while for a Lexus but just couldn’t bring myself to trade in my Jeep. Finally, last Saturday I made my way to look at some of the IS 300 models with a very specific combination in mind. Julie, my sales rep, approached my mother and I, and helped us find the vehicle I was looking for ! She took the time to show us around even though we were just looking, she was very patient with all of our request and questions and 100% went out of the way to make sure I understood the vehicle technology functions before I left the dealership! Julie really went above and beyond to make sure I got into the car I desired at a price that was within my budget. Honestly, she deserves the 5 (stars). Everyone we worked with was very friendly and accommodating. i definitely recommend going to this location! It’s worth the drive and worth the service you get! Everyone is friendly and willing to work with you to get you into the car of your dreams”
