“Frank came and looked at my vehicle and initial diagnosis was the hub assembly and bearing Which he would have been $300 ($100 less than prices on Google ) plus the parts which came out around 200. After taking it all apart the called me and it ended up being a loose engine mount and a loose axle nut. Frank didn't charge me a single penny to fix this when he could have easily charged me the full price.”
