“Each and every time I’m starting a new travel assignment, my employer utilizes Concentra services. I’m never dissatisfied with the professional and friendly staff. They’re never to busy to help and their smiling faces make the visit more like as if a family member is greeting you and each professional assisting you from the moment you walk into the location and then the care continues throughout the entire process. “I GIVE THIS PLACE 5 STARS, even though I have heard some bad reviews ( of course everyone has a bad experience). I did not, NEW DONORS GET PAID $ 350.00 FOR THE MONTH AND IT IS BROKEN DOWN IN TO 5 PAYMENTS( 1. 60, 2. 80, 3. 60, 4. 70, & 5. 80 ). That month totals out to $ 350.00 They are closed on Sunday and Monday but Tuesday through Thursday there hours are from 8 am to 7 pm and on Friday and Saturday there hours are from 8am to 5pm. The place was very cleaned and the staff is very caring friendly and Professional, they even have a daycare inside so they watch your children for you while you donate( and the daycare is FREE). When you first register as a new donor they have you download an app on your phone so you can schedule your own appointments keep track of your payments. IF YOU ARE IN NEED OF EXTRA MONEY ( WHICH THAT WOULD BE THE WHOLE POPULATION). I DO RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. They have a referral program where you mention my name ( John M. Hernandez, II). I WILL GET A $ 100.00 BUCKS ( on your 2 ND successful donation). So mention my name so I Get the 100 dollars”

“My initial appointment was beyond my expectations. Everyone at the facility was kind and attentive. Based upon my family history, tests were run right then and results were shared. I had my next appointment scheduled before I left. Other lab results were available on the patient portal the next day. The office manager even followed up the next day to make sure my experience went well. Very glad I found this facility, Dr. Santascoy and his staff.”

“Dr. Chung is an amazing provider! He not only provides excellent care but provides amazing patient education. My teenage daughter is a patient of his, and he has provided clear explanations of the findings and treatment not only to me, but to her as well. Many times, health care providers do not take the time to provide patient education and keep the patient informed, but Dr. Chung will be sure to address all concerns and answer all questions. Dr. Chung truly cares about his patients and scheduled appointments are reserved just for you! Waiting room is never crowded and the staff at the front desk is amazing at keeping you updated.”

“This was a blast! Ran into Andrew; and he gave me a guest pass: I used to work at a gym, and love trying new ones! The facility is super clean, and wasn't crowded. The pool was not too warm, and perfect for laps. The sauna was in the locker room, had wood benches, and was amazing! Stephan was also really kind; and I talked with Hunter briefly on the way out. “the practice hired all new front office staff, they all seem great and super duper helpful the office needed new staff. I definitely recommend this location to all my family and friends they have different clinics on the property, the wait time is a little long but over all great people working here now they accept most insurances too, the best customer service I have seen since I have been a Pt here at this office definitely need to keep check out and check in people keep up the good work”
