“I had a lap-band surgery six years ago, and have not really loved it from the beginning. I wanted an "easy" fix, and that isn't what weight loss surgery IS. I still had to plan and eat right and do all the right things and I wasn't doing that. Add to the fact that six years ago, the office had a different fill person, and I didn't set myself up for success. I ended up with an over-filled band for three+ years because I didn't mesh with the person that was doing fills! I recently went in because my discomfort was just too much to handle, thinking that my band slipped or some other major issue, and the new fill person, Nicole Harris changed my life! She took the time to listen to me and reduced the fill in my band, improving how I feel exponentially. I have anxiety, and when I got there the first time after getting a tear in my right eye, Dr Lina M. and the staff checked on me constantly also checked my blood pressure And reassured me and told me it was going to be OK, I got through it ! even a couple days later after I went in for my actual eye surgery they were amazing Dr Luna M. and staff were absolutely incredible”

I work in assembly but all the employees are friendly and welcoming everyone helps each other and pulls their own weight. My co- workers are self starters everyone knows what they are supposed to be doing and they come in and get to it without anyone needing to tell them. You work at a steady pace(your pace) in a calm environment. This is the first job that I have had where I'm happy to get up and go to and enjoy being there. “I was able to check in without an appointment and appreciate the screen showing me how long the wait would be. There was hand sanitizer and tissue along with waiting chairs and a sign that explained how they don’t overbook. On a Sunday morning, the wait was 2 hours and I used the text my phone so that I could leave and return when notified. It was a busy morning for Amber the practitioner that saw me. She was friendly, showed genuine care, asked questions to understand, and didn’t make me feel rushed. Amber took the time to address my concerns and perform necessary tests for my head, ears, nose, and throat. The Caste Hills CVS Minute Clinic is nice and not too far away. I especially liked being able to fill my prescription at the pharmacy within CVS and getting a water at the front check out. Everyone in the store shows excellent teamwork. Great job!!!”
