“Friendly. Clean. Festive. Along with their good food offerings. We like this location over some of the newer 'Austin Market' we've been to.”

“It is quite a drive for me to get to this place especially having to go through I-10. But thanks to Google Maps, we used some backroads to get here faster. We were greeted warmy at the reception. It was not busy as it was a weeknight but i do recommend reservations esp on the weekends. The wait staff were very attentive. We had water and bread service as we were just getting seated. The menu offered quite a variety of excellent food choices, so much so that I recommend perusing through it online if you can. But your can be assured that whatever you order will be so good. I do highly recommend visiting this place.”

“Good food. Pretty fast considering lunch rush. I would give 5 stars had the manager not been to rude to myself, other customers and employees, not to mention his inability to pay attention to orders. Perhaps he forgot that drinks are not in the lobby with the current health risks even though he had no problem shoving the lids and straws at me.”

“I always make it a Point to visit Rudy’s when in Texas. They have the best brisket!! Last time, we ordered the brisket and smoked turkey. The smoked turkey is my new favorite!! Love this place. Fast service. Their barbecue sauce is excellent also. I have my sister bring some home to Michigan each time she visits! If you’re not sure if you want to order something, they will provide you with a sample.”

“This place is always amazing, great place to dine with the whole family. A nice back deck and play area for the kids. A nice mix of Cajun and Texas classics. The atmosphere screams traditional Texas from the classic Road House style to the Crawfish and Hatch specials”

“I had a fantastic experience at this gas station. Not only was it clean and well-stocked but people were incredibly nice. Starting with the cashier who was friendly and very nice, definitely the type of person you want to see when you're about to embark on a long trip. What really blew me away, was when I very foolishly forgot to grab my receipt at the pump. I called and George took care of me. He was friendly, patient, and very resourceful as he helped me find my receipt and went above and beyond by sending it my way. People like that are few and far between. George, you made my night. Thank you so much for saving me from having to do a missing receipt report. Every time I travel down i10, I will make it a point to stop at this Valero Circle K!”

“Great place to take kids for the hands on experience feeding the animals or simply something to do that don’t require walking much. Here’s what to expect: pay per person fee at the gate; you’ll get one bag of food free but can buy additional if you like; drive through slowly and enjoy the animals. You can go around twice if you have food over to feed animals. They do have small snack area and restrooms halfway through if you need to stop. If you’re military or public servants there’s discounts available too. Check out their website for listings. Overall I love this place.”

“I really love the food and the specials. The prices are great! I especially like the lunch specials, because they come with tea. And it’s really good tea. The Chips and salsa are very tasty. The atmosphere is quieter, but I like it that way. You can here people talk.”

“So I was supposed to run 20 miles around scenic loop in Boerne, TX. But I forgot to pack food for the long beautiful hilly run and when I passed La Hacienda at mile 12, the wonderful aroma that filled the air had me convinced that 12 miles was good for now. So I stopped in and sat by the fire place to get use of my fingers. The place is beautiful and big! It can accommodate large parties, it's kid friendly, and the atmosphere has you feeling like you are on a vacation. I had the breakfast buffet which had so many options for meat eaters and vegetarians alike. It was totally worth the price of $18.50. The staff is so friendly and is kind to runners and cyclists that desperately need use of their lavatory. If you are in the area I highly recommend coming to La Hacienda. The other 8 miles I need to run today will have to wait until this amazing food settles.”

“Fluidity: that’s a chunky mofo. 6 seconds. kinda into it. Price- kinda expensive for a gas station product. Visual appeal- pretty plain darkish brown. The process of making it is about the only exciting part. The concept of the machine is what gives a plus. Makes my checks clap but as much. aLTHOUGH THE MACHINE GIVES ME CHOICES. i FEEL LIKE A REAL MAN WHEN i GET MY CHOICES. Taste- Creamy but it doesn’t taste like milk at all. It tastes like a good Dutch chocolate who tried to impress and succeeds. Not even Thomas j. Henry is this rich. It’s like a perfect hybrid between a protein shake and ice cream Aftertaste- chocolate with a creamy residue. Filling- no it’s quite light. Almost as a diet milkshake”

“Came here after a day of deciding where to eat in the area. The restaurant is clean and has a good ambiance. There is a soothing instrumental tune playing as you eat. The menu is varied and it includes several traditional dishes. They do serve complementary miso soup (tofu). The rolls and the nigiri were excellent and made fresh. There are several things I got to try but did not get pictures of. Service is excellent with our waitress always available and ready to help with any questions we had. There is a happy hour where most of their rolls are 50% off and there is also a all you can eat day (Tuesday) for those who want more sushi rolls”

“I stopped in just to get some fries while waiting for my ride. The manager brought out my food and then asked whether I've ever tried the fries with ranch. I hadn't, so he brought me a cup of ranch, and the idea was pretty darn delicious! ???? fast, friendly service. And try the fries with ranch, you'll thank me (or him) later, lol ;)”

“A good little "Little Caesars", and they are usually pretty fast. It is hard to beat their price, even picking up frozen pizza from the grocery can be more expensive. They usually have cool combo deals that include drinks or appetizers. I wish they were a full service Little Caesars, but I'm grateful they are there tucked away in that gas station.”

“I’ve been for several meals here. Each time I am very pleased with the service, the food, the atmosphere, and of course the drinks. The bar they have is separate from the main dining area but you can go get a drink and bring it to your table in the main dining area. It always smells amazing. The breakfast food they serve is phenomenal. I love getting the brisket tacos with a mimosa. The price is more than brand xyz fast food, however, that’s because the food and service is so much better. It’s worth every penny. I go to this restaurant with my family somewhat frequently. I will continue to frequent this restaurant. Thank you Oaks Crossing for the great food and service.”
