“Had a great experience working with them on getting a couple of pecan trees. Only place around i found which have both type 1 and type 2 trees. Facility is clean and organized. The staff was very helpful in loading and trapping of them. I provided the trap and they did pretty much everything thing else. They did such a good job I drove 40 miles home and the trees looked just as good when got home as they did when I picked them out minus a few leaves and blooms. Prices were far for what I bought and a lot to choose from.”

“This place is well-stocked and they always have gas. The prices here are pretty decent. The staff is very friendly, and they try to help you out when they can. There's also a handicap parking in handicap ramp access. The place keeps well-stocked. And the food is always fresh. I like the people here, and they help me out sometimes because I am handicapped. The gas prices of a sailor pretty clean and they're always. I recommend this place to my friends and family, as it's easy to get to and it's always clean especially the bathrooms. They offer pretty good selection of candy bars and also for Fountain drinks. They have large parking, and the driveway is clean. They have multiple handicap positions. I like the food here, it's always fresh especially in the morning.”

“I have been at this location for over 2 years (and counting) I have never had an issue at this facility. It’s always clean, and well lit. I recently down sized from a larger unit to a smaller unit. I must say the customer service that was provided by the store manager John was priceless. Very helpful, friendly, and most importantly knowledgeable. The same goes for the customer service that was provided over the phone by Albert. He was able to really work with me on reserving my new unit, till I was able to make it in. These gentleman made the transfer seamless. Such a great place!!”

“We went to the location on 410/Blanco and felt consistent pressure from the employees that work there. Eventually they got the clue that we wanted to look without any hassling. Once my wife and I thought we had decided on a purchase and called for help, the salesperson called for someone we didn’t want to deal with. That was a big turnoff and we left. So we came to the I-10 location and felt a much better vibe with Ryan who guided us through a purchase that my wife and I felt confident with. We felt comfortable being able to browse around before attempting to talk with anyone. Ryan made the process smooth and understood the time needed for us to browse and discuss options before making a purchase.”

“I would give 5 stars for the blinds themselves, but a 3 star for customer service so I give them 4 stars. After little over 3 months, I received all the blinds for all the windows and patio door I ordered. They look wonderful. The quality is great and I’m very happy with them. I was not happy with the interaction of the company owner and his employees. It took over 3 months from start to finish. At one point, I felt the owner just avoided my calls and was tired of dealing with me! Not sure if that was the case, but it felt like it! There was miscommunication internally within their company it seemed as they ordered the wrong blinds, some were discontinued, and other issues. They didn’t complete the install in one visit. Every person in the company I spoke with had a different story or excuse for the delays or missing blinds. Some had no idea... they just seemed very unorganized. Eventually, it all worked out, but it was an unpleasant experience. The owner has called me and apologized for the experience I had. He explained his business was going through some transitions and with him traveling back and forth to Mexico it was difficult to keep the communication going. I do appreciate the call back and apology. He has assured me that they have improved since my order and it was an isolated incident and not something all of their customers experience. I’m not trying to ruin business for anyone so I’m being as honest as I can about my experience with them. I’m hopeful that should I need to work with them again in the future that *fingers crossed* it will go smoothly.”
