  Been bringing our vehicles here to Bob Tomes for all maintenance and repair since.. oh about 2004 and they always takes very good care of us. They keep excellent records and know what service is necessary and what service can wait until the next visit. If there is a recall of any kind we receive notices and efficiently turn-around. Everyone is always helpful, explaining every service and making certain I am comfortable if I choose to wait! Thanks

  I was part of my daughter's car buying experience at Bob Tomes Ford.
  Her salesperson was Layne. He was very knowledgeable with the product and worked very hard to close the deal on her 2020 Mustang.
  We were very impressed with Pete in Finance.
  Pete was personable, knowledgeable and made financing this beautiful car an easy and fun experience.
  I highly recommend Layne in New Car sales at Bob Tomes Ford.
  If you can, please request Pete in Finance...
  These two people made it possible for my daughter to get her dream car.

  While buying a vehicle is usually an extremely stressful process, working with David Hooks was a truly enjoyable experience. It's very difficult to find someone who honestly enjoys what they do and cares about their customers, but David is that guy. Hadn't planned on leaving with a vehicle today, but David and the rest of the team at Bob Tomes Ford made it so smooth and easy, that we couldn't resist. Plus, even if we found a better price somewhere (which is doubtful, as it was perfectly priced to sell), there is no way we could have beaten the integrity and care that we received. If you need a new vehicle, this is the place to go, and David is the guy to see.

  Service department at Bob Tomes Ford did a great job taking care of me. Recently, I went in to get an oil change done. My service rep, John, was really friendly and kept me up to date during the entire appointment. He recommended 2 services and told me the pricing on them but want pushy at all. Just wanted me to be informed. Check out was prompt and smooth. John even walked me to my truck to make sure everything was satisfactory. Thank you for the attention to detail!

  This is the 3rd vehicle that we’ve purchased from Bob Tomes Ford in McKinney in the last 4 years.Their sales department is top notch!! True professionals who truly care about what your needs are. They work hard to get you what you want and go the extra mile!! They know their product, and package availabilities, and will always steer you in the right direction! My first experience was with Tommy Reed, fantastic sales man, who is now the finance manager, so it was great seeing and working with him again. He made sure that Ryan, took care of us, and yes sir, Ryan took the best care of us!! Just like Tommy, Ryan was a true professional and made sure we were happy until the very end!! I would highly recommend Bob Tomes in McKinney! Those guys are doing something right out there... either that or it’s something in the water ;) hehe. Seriously though, when you’re ready for your next vehicle, head up 75 into McKinney, and give these guys a visit. You won’t regret it!!!
