She really does care about more than just my teeth and takes time to explain what is going on and letting me know what is involved with any work and the office staff is on top of letting me know the fees and working with my insurance to make sure I'm taken care of. I love that she doesn't over treat and her priority is ME!. She made sure that I was referred to a gum specialist when I needed one for my issues instead of just doing what most dentists would and going through the motions and doing a cleaning when that is not what I needed and I would have lost some of my teeth that way. “I was so excited to hear that Dr. Nguyen was practicing in Mckinney at a location that also accepts CHIP/Medicaid. We followed him from Comfort Dental in Frisco since 1) he's such an amazing dentist, and 2) this location is literally across the street from our neighborhood. I can't say enough about Dr. Nguyen. He's wonderful with kids (Clarissa is wonderful too!!!), knowledgeable all around, and great at what he does. I was equally happy to come to a new office with an amazing staff. “If you're like me, going to the dentist is a most dreaded experience. Waiting, attitude and pain. I finally found a dentist that makes for a much more pleasant experience. Dr. Perry's practice is the best that I've experienced. They don't keep you waiting endlessly and are great about taking you at your scheduled time. The people in the office are super pleasant - front desk, assistants, and Dr Perry herself. The other huge difference is that Dr. Perry treats her patients with respect. I've been to other dentists where they treat you as guilty for not taking better care of your mouth...like being back in school. Or, they rattle off a bunch of procedures that you need to have done without any explanation. Dr. Perry will spend as much time with you and actually explain why each procedure is necessary and whats going on in your mouth. She's also not high pressure, and doesn't say that you need to do everything immediately or your teeth will all fall out.”

“I've been working with Packard Family Orthodontics for years, and I can't imagine a more welcoming, accommodating and genuine staff. I have always been tense in situations where people mess with my teeth, but the staff who helped me through my orthodontia journey and applied/adjusted/removed anything on my teeth were extremely helpful in making the experience as comfortable for me as it could be. Packard is also very open and happy to explain the pros and cons of different treatment options, as well as how orthodontic techniques/tools work. These people are not trying to trick you out of your money, or torture your teeth, ,they really want what's best for your health and confidence, and it shows in everything they do.”

All my questions were answered, the team did a good job taking time to understand my history and walking me through a plan to stay on a healthy track. Dr. Moon even spent quality time with me, not just in and out of the room. I will encourage the rest of my family to transfer over.... last dentist was good by hygienist is what turned me away from going back any longer (was there for 6 years.....). “Very quick service. I made a last minute appointment called at 8 am on a Thursday and she took me in at 11am. I had horrible pain in my left left tooth. They did a couple of x-rays and determined i needed a root canal. Within minutes the doctor came to explain the procedure. I was confused because she mainly uses medical terminology and i wasn’t familiar with the words so ask questions if you don’t know. She’s really nice and will answer all of them. They also offered me care credit. Which is basically like a credit card to pay for your emergency medical needs. I applied on my phone while they were preparing for the procedure. Quick and easy. i was done within 2 hours and driving home pain free. Thank you Dr.prida and staff💕”
