Russell Creek Pet Clinic

We happened upon the clinic after our vet didn’t take us in, and instead, sent us to an Emergency Hospital. With the insane cost of an emergency center, we had to look elsewhere and they were the only location that would fit us in during our difficult time (even though they were booked)! They are 100% genuine, loved on our pup, and made the whole experience so much easier. They are amazing, and most definitely are our new Vet home ❤️

Love how caring and attentive the Vet and staff are! When my kitty was there for 7 days, they gave us several updates and texted pictures to help ease our worries. We will continue to bring our pets to their lovely office!

We board our dog, Jack, with them every time we have to be out of town and each time we leave having peace of mind that they are taking great care of Jack! He knows the place and the people and is excited as we drive up to drop him off - a great sign!
From calling in to reserve time (which is always easy) to check in and pick up (which is always friendly and fast) to the daily texts with pics of how well Jack’s doing…we can’t say enough good things about the staff at Russell Creek Pet Clinic. Thanks very much, guys! 👍🏻

We were traveling through Plano, TX and our 14 1/2 year old Miniature Poodle was having some significant GI issues. I called to see if she could be seen and Payton did a fabulous job fitting her into their busy schedule. They are truly a “full service” Vet complete with Grooming, boarding and day care! Anne did a great job on the groom and the medical treatment Dr. Greenwell and his staff provided was excellent and very thorough. If we was living in Plano, this would definitely be our Vet. Thank you for taking such good care of our dog!!!

We just moved to Plano, and were painstakingly searching for a veterinarian for our animal crew. We believe our search is over - Dr. Greenwell and staff are amazing. We have been treated like family from the moment we walked in the door. Everyone was courteous, professional, and took very good care of our cat. Dr. Greenwell was very welcoming; detailed in his explanations during our cat’s exam and personally followed up with us once the surgical procedure was done. I am so happy we found them!
Follow up - we have expanded our pet family and would not have done so had we not found a veterinary clinic we could trust. Dr. Greenwell and his staff continue to go above and beyond our expectations in the care of our cat Jack, dog Molly and new edition, cat Poe. Every visit they listen carefully to any issue that our pets are having, give us a detailed description of options we can take, administer the best care and promptly follow up.
