Everyone involved (the Owner, project manager, trades persons, etc.) were all professional, skilled, polite and a pleasure to work with. In particular, the Owner's careful selection of his trade team made a big difference. These days, it's understandable to be doubtful, but everyone involved made us feel comfortable not only because of their attitude, but their punctuality and skill level gave us confidence we could trust them. The most significant quality that truly made the biggest difference for us was the level of customer service. We did experience a couple of hiccups (as all projects do), but the level of service to resolve each was top down. Every step of the way, the Owner took charge, communicated and delegated to equally responsible parties when necessary. I’ve been to many different kids consignment sales but this is my all time favorite. I don’t think we have missed but one or two in the 9 years we have been going. I highly recommend volunteering so you can shop early! This sale is the best!”

“It is a regular Home Depot environment. If you have to ask about particulars, be prepared to get handed around to several people, before you get someone who knows what they are talking about. On the plus side, there does seem to be in expert on the grounds for every specially, they are just hard to find or really busy. My favorite area is the lawn and garden. The staff know what they are talking about and they aim to please and inform the customer, not pad the companies wallet.”
