“Who can say that the car buying process is anything close to a pleasant experience. I am the type of buyer that avoids the haggle and back and for. I come with a reasonable offer and want to know if it is doable. If not, I am happy to walk out. Well, for some reason I always get cut on the same trap. Nevertheless, Audi Plano was better than most. They are respectful and provide a very good service. It is a tough competition on the luxury car market so I always expect them to go above and beyond. Would I recommend them? Absolutely. Will you need patience as in most car buying deals? Absolutely. Could never give 5 stars to any dealer but this one gets 4 when I would give most a 2.”

The last time i took my car in there were a couple of issues and if that had been the only time I’d used them I would have given them a 3 but we all have bad days so I’m gonna take my car there tomorrow and see if it was exactly that or if I need to find a new place to take my car. Penske gave me more discounts plus they didn't have the tow dolly and they upgraded me (as well as provided more discounts) to a flatbed trailer. The truck I had was really new and easy to drive. I wish the mirrors were electrical so I didn't have to manually change them. Liz was very helpful plus she's a total hottie.”

“I have been going to this 7-11 for over 6 years..LOVE the people that work here!! The ones that have been here for over 7 years and the newer employees. Absolutely nice and accommodating people..I really cannot say enough about these nice people!! I think my one and ONLY thing I dont like about 7-11 (all locations) is the odd sense of smell when you walk in any of them. I wonder if I’m the only one that notices this, but every time I enter a 7-11 I want to scrunch up my nose.... and I (fortunately or unfortunately) have a pretty keen sense of smell. I have not experienced a strange smell in other gas stations.... but particular to 7-11. I hope the 7-11 company is reading this...I would love to walk into my 7-11 and not be repelled by the smell.”

“Dr ChuNa did the impossible for our son. We moved to Frisco from Seattle five years ago. He started developing horrible allergies shortly after. He was 12 years old at the time. Everyone said that it's just a bad area for allergies. But over three in a half years, his allergies became so bad our son couldn't be outside for more than thirty minutes. If he was, he'd be in bed for hours with blinding headaches. I can't even tell you how helpless I felt as a mom. My son was in bed almost every day, and nothing helped. We went to specialists, tried drops, over the counter solutions, you name it...we tried it. He only got worse. Someone referred us to Dr ChuNa and said their son had similar issues that she was able to help. I was at a dead end, praying for God to help us in some way. What did I have to lose? My son and I both went to see her with low expectations. I remember my son even saying that he couldn't get his hopes up any more. After a couple months of specific treatments, I'll never forget Dr ChuNa saying he could play outside again. He would be fine. I honestly didn't believe her. But that afternoon, my son helped me in the yard for four hours! He didn't have any headaches that followed. We went a handful of more times for her to finish his personal treatment plan. It's been over a year, and my son hasn't been sick once! I'd say that's a MIRACLE! But it's not just for us, it's for anyone stuck at a dead end with their health. Dr. ChuNa is so phenomenal at what she does. Since then I've sent dozens of friends to her. I've even had friends and family fly in to TX to see her b/c they're at a dead end with the medical world. Their health is suffering, but they can't figure out why. She has helped them ALL!”

When they were finishing up they noticed there was a nail in one of my tires so they just went ahead and took it out and plugged it up so there wouldn't be any issues when I'm on the road. I always appreciate their attention to detail so they make things work correct with our tires. I also appreciate that they were playing Christian contemporary music.”
