The staff is really friendly and they will compare some prices, but they will look for the right wheels,tires, lights, bumpers, winches, basically any or your off the road or needs for heavy loads. I had set up an appointment with the service tech, (who will remain nameless) suggested I have a different size put on my car since it is usually an in stock tire. I went in and had them installed, Tyler B checked my car in that day. They installed the tires and when I checked them before going in for my key the tires looked like they didn’t fit quite right. Tyler B came out looked at my car and agreed. Tyler was able to get 4 tires for me by the following day. He even made suggestions based on the weather where we were moving. I had the tires installed today and they look much better. They had left grease on my tires from the installation. Tyler went in and got a rag and cleaned all of them up. Tyler exemplifies stellar customer service and makes sure his customers are happy! He deserves a raise he is a hard working young man!!”

“My review is overdue. After having a bad experience with the shop I had been taking my cars too for years I decided it was time for a change. I did a lot of research before I decided to bring my truck to Loud and Clear. And i couldn’t have made a better choice. The 30 min drive from my house is worth it in my opinion. The way I see it if you’re nominated for ME Industry Awards installer of the year then you must be doing something right, which these guys were. Johnny was very knowledgeable and really helped with what I was looking for. They were even cool with me bringing my own equipment which I know some shops don’t like that at all and I know they prefer you buy it from them but they helped me out. My system sounds awesome. My friend has come in to get some tint done in his car and I have since brought my dad’s truck for some tint and a stereo install. And every time I’ve called they know who I am by telling them my first name not by the car I drive which lets you know they really do care.”

“I called Thao ahead since I was coming from out of town for a repair of the side mirror on our Lexus RX350. When I arrived he quickly came out to assess the vehicle and disassembled it right there in the parking space. In addition to the motorized portion not functioning correctly (would swing out 180 degrees), the housing and internal mounts were broken from previously. He offered to repair the motorized problem, and/or replace all the other broken parts. He had an exact matching mirror at his home, so he left to retrieve it and hurried right back. Installed it on the spot within about 20 mins, and cost was less than half of what a local repair shop had quoted me. Thank you Thao!”
