Since day one and until my radiation #33 I have enjoyed coming here and meeting all of you. You were so supportive, caring and encouraging, always with a smile, that this place became my home and you and your staff my family. I am very sad this is over, because I will not be back every day to this beautiful environment with this amazing group of people that I ended up loving and being grateful to for all the help care and love they gave me as a patient. “She's the coolest, most unpretentious and down-to-earth Doctor I've ever had. None of that elitist attitude stuff. Dr. Davis is more of a collaborator if that's what you prefer (I definitely do) and she is not offended if you self diagnose beforehand (heck yes I do) and patiently let's you share your research (of course I do), even when your self diagnose is wrong (I get it right sometimes, lol). Edit: Just noticed the negatives regarding the office staff. I've never experienced attitude with any of them, probably because I can follow instructions and don't say or do dumb things that make their job unnecessarily difficult.”

“Dr. Helen Kim-James is one of the most knowledgable doctors; moreover, she is incredibly detailed and caring--incredible combination! Appointment: I simply called, a team member was very courteous, informed me of the times available. I received the link after the call, and I registered for the portal, it was great. Front desk: Front staff was incredibly helpful, caring, and genuinely involved in ensuring everything is smooth from beginning to an end, including electronic prescription, service A+. Office: Very modern, nice parking, clean, great colors, very professional yet warm. Doctor: Dr. Helen Kim-James is more than just a "regular" dermatologist, she certainly took her time to go over everything. After she explained the problem, she went over the solution in exceptional detail. Why is she doing what she is doing and what's going on here? In a way, it reminded me of Harvard class lecture--incredible. I felt genuinely cared for, I wasn't just in and out with a generic prescription, without knowing what's going on, I was also educated on medicine and the issue that I had. In case you need a dermatologist, DO NOT go to urgent care or family doctor, do yourself a favor and make an appointment with Dr. Helen Kim-James ASAP. If I saw her week earlier, my week would be much better!”
