“Update: I have had issues with preauthorizations, backordered drugs, out-of-stock medications, and general lack of understanding of insurance. The lack of available medications can result in very unpleasant symptoms and safety concerns due to abrupt cessation. Expect ZERO communication from techs. You will not discover an issue until you arrive to pick up your medication. I don’t know how to resolve these issues. They seem systemic. Five stars for convenience, speediness, kindness, and the monthly excitement of a medication lottery! RPh Leo!!! What a problem solver. It was a misunderstanding on more than one occasion from my side and the front office side. I really appreciate the office manager taking time to resolve the issue. “Very proud of Laura for earning bronze medal this Saturday at the Dallas International Taekwondo Championships. Also, congratulations to her teammate Annalise for earning gold. This was Laura's first time competing in the black belt world class level for sparring in Taekwondo and she did very well. Fought hard and left everything on the mat. Many lessons learned and easy mistakes to improve upon. No injuries and feeling very motivated to win. Not bad for a teenager who cross trains multiple martial arts, competes in athletics (cross country, track & field, etc) and maintains straight A's. Things are looking good for Taekwondo state and national championships this April and July.
