James has a heart and personality as big as the Lone Star State that kept us smiling (even my ninth grader) the whole time we were there. He is incredibly adept, and neatly tamed even my nine-year-old's notoriously difficult toehead in record time. The sign says walk-ins welcome, and they are, but that doesn't mean you won't have to wait a little while. If you call him to make an appointment, you likely won't have time to read the newspaper article written about the shop framed on the wall, so make time to read it on the way out.”

“I’ve been working out here for 4 weeks at the Brookfield location on 124th and Capitol. Here are my impressions: I’ve never had an issue with it being too busy and being able to do what I need to, even when coming during the busy time between 4 and 6. Sometimes the free weights and barbells get filled but it’s usually a short wait. It’s always clean in both the workout center and in the locker room. Kids Club: this is an awesome service and is very reasonably priced at $10/month. I’ve been happy with the workers, they seem interactive and genuine with the kids. However, I do have some safety concerns. And these apply mostly to children under 3. First of all, they do not make sure you check your key fob in when dropping off your children. Also when picking them up, they have a very casual pick-up safety policy. They keep the same workers on the entire shift so that they remember who picks up and who drops off. It happened once that I dropped off my kid with one worker and pick them up with another, but it could have been the other worker was gone for a moment. However humans make errors and I think it would be easy to implement a simple number-match-check-in system to reduce chance for error. My church nursery has better security. The longer I attend there the more they will recognize me and my kid, but it’s not reassuring for the newcomer.”

“I am the mother of a special needs child. Due to my son's rare condition, I have traveled the whole country looking for the best doctors to treat him. Therefore, I have a lot of expectations from the medical team that works with me. I am also a business owner who knows a lot about the medical industry. My son has been a patient of Dr. Copenhaver for two years. Recently, I also had the chance to talk with one of his partners, Dr. Sah and I found him very competent and confident in his work. The reality is that a lot of doctors refuse to work with special needs children because these patients require a lot of office work. A well-re-known pediatrician in Plano told me that my son was very complex and I could not expect his staff to stop working on what they were doing to take care of my son. This practice has very competent doctors who are compassionate and caring. Their business operation runs very smooth and they are tech savvy. I live in Plano and I love the fact that I have two office locations. One in Plano (near my house) and one in Medical City. Their on-call support is extremely efficient. There are only a few pediatric lung doctors in the Dallas or North Dallas. I can tell you that I have seen each of them. I will always be grateful to Doctor Copenhaver and his staff.”
