Gita has always been so responsive to my needs and is always there when I need her. Whether car insurance, home owner's, and now most recently, auto financing, Kay and Gita go above and beyond the call of duty to meet my needs. The one claim we had, when my wife was sideswiped by a hit and run, it happened to be right outside their office on Renner. My wife went in there and they were concerned about her well-being and stayed with her after hours until the police came and filed their report. I cannot say enough good things about this agency. “I find most of everything that I'm looking for in this store. My biggest issue with every Dollar Tree stores that I had visited is when its time to pay. Every Dollar Tree stores always have a long line. It seems that the cashiers doesn't care about us customers standing in long line. They never call for help. Most stores only have one register open until the line is halfway on the isle. Other employees could care less, they just keep stocking up and ignore the line.”

“We have been using these guys for a while. Everyone one we have ever dealt with has been super friendly, extremely professional and very helpful. Recently we returned from a trip to a freezing house. Tri-County explained that the cost to repair was not worth keeping the old systems and worked with us to get us an affordable system that met our needs. During install, I would periodically check in to see how things were going. Whoever was nearby when I showed up, stopped what they were doing and explained what they were doing and how far along they were without me even asking. These guys are great and highly recommended.”

The installers did a great job, they were friendly, very efficient, and thoroughly cleaned up everything. One of the windows had a small scratch in the glass, and they immediately replaced it. Our new windows look beautiful, and have made a huge improvement on the appearance of our home, and I am very happy with them!”
