“A recreation area on Lake Lavon that maintained by the US Amy Corps of Engineers. Plenty of campsites for RVs as well as those who want to stay in tents. There is also a boat ramp. A day visit pass is $5 per car or free for those with a government recreation (national park) pass .”

“RV Villas on Lake Lavon is locally family owned RV Park. I had the honors being one of the first residence staying at RV Villas really miss not being there. With new job had to move away. The Craftmanship went into this RV Park is something you never seen before, trust me its first class. Each RV spot has painted six foot painted wood and power coated iron ornament fence. front entry is iron ornament well crafted first class door that you can lock by key. They provide you with wireless door bell. Storage building 4x5x6 with large door to lock. Irrigation system for grass and oak tree they had installed. Out front every resident has mail box with different animated covers. I was getting UPS deliveries they knew my address by number on front gate. The lawn maintenance is provided by the owners. I have to add their enclosed green belt fenced in made by Iron ornament & wood fence. Great place to meet and greet new neighbors when walking your pets.”

“We are so grateful to have such a welcoming place to call home, in such a great location. We love it here. I am glad they are taking care of the excess cars. If you don't have a sticker for your car, it will get towed. This is honestly the best place I have lived in this price range. Safe, secure, country atmosphere with all amenities available with 15 minutes. The staff are amazing and this is truly a community that cares. They do a lot for the kids which is very sweet. We love Leslie (the manager) and the way she takes care of this property. She definitely goes to bat for her residents.”

“We love the ranch! The owners are available in a way we’ve never experienced, they are very helpful and prompt. There is a huge sense of community within the occupants. So many times we had a neighbor who needed help and many of the other neighbors were available right away! The holidays are beautiful, as Alisha and Mark decorate so festively. The entire ranch is beautifully kept and everyone is so giving. The pavilion is a wonderful social environment, the public shower and toilet are kept like you would in your home and the gardens are such a great additional perk, as the veggies are shared! There is so much space to walk and it is so quiet. We would have stayed forever, but we retired and are now traveling full time. When we return for the winter, we will pray there is a space available for us. Our view was impeccable.”

“I stayed here with my husband from 7/22/22 through 10/6/22 while waiting for my apartment to be ready. It was clean, quiet and bug free. It's not a 5 start hotel, our room was a older one and the bathroom door didn't close all the way but we don't much care about cosmetics. Everything inside worked and the kitchen is a decent size. It's a place to stay and it's very reasonably priced compared to other extended stay options. The staff are nice and I would recommend to anyone needing a place to stay short or long term consider this place.”

“I stayed at The Neathery Estate for 3 nights as a local getaway from the wonderful but sometimes exhausting people who live in my house. :) I chose the Magnolia Suite and I felt at home from the moment I checked in. The grounds are beautiful, the decor is sublime, the food is delicious, but the hospitality is incomparable! When I needed a place to spend some quality time resting and reflecting, The Neathery Estate was the right choice. With the proximity to Downtown McKinney, tons of choices for entertainment and food are quickly available. Tiffany is a wonderful, attentive host whose care and love of innkeeping is apparent in every way. Thank you for such an amazing place to spend some time taking care of myself!”

“First I would like to thank the staff. Everyone has been so kind and helpful. I felt welcomed immediately. The staff goes above and beyond and you can tell how truly sincere they are. I really appreciate everything considering how busy this place can be, yet I have always been greeted with a smile and a “how are you today?” The rooms are huge! Separate full kitchen, and the upgrades are looking so nice ! I absolutely love staying here and anytime I need an extended stay, this will be my go to place for sure! Thank you again to the hard working staff ! You are appreciated 🙂👍”

“We bring all four of our dogs here. We are very happy with all of our experiences. The doctors and entire staff are very friendly and helpful. On numerous occasions, the doctors carefully explained issues and took time to understand key concerns that we had. I highly recommend the Animal Hosptial of Collin County.”

“Lovely office staff and a very well-kept and picturesque park. This is the Lakeview location. Lafon's RV Park manages four separate locations. As is in the name, in Lakeview you have a nice view of Lake Lavon! It is also the largest and best landscaped of the four locations. Management maintains the grass and has planted trees in between each lot. There are also mature shrubs providing privacy from the road and neighboring properties. Lighting at night is fairly good, and everyone abides by the community rules well. Multiple locations for trash disposal are available, a laundry facility is on site, and there is a large dog park/open field with a storm shelter. I've stayed here for four months and have no complaints about neighbors, management, or the area. The roads are rough in Princeton, but the park has well-kept gravel roads and lots. Management goes above and beyond winterizing the park and helping out when they spot something amiss.”

“John and his team are truly incredible. We had an emergency at 7am on a Saturday, during a holiday weekend. We called their emergency line and had a returned call within 5 minutes. John called right away, as promised, and walked us through exactly what needed to be done. John not only helped solve the problem, he he did so with patience and kindness. He was happy to help us, which just adds to the already impeccable customer service that we have experienced with this company. Thank you!!”

“We arrived early (a little after 1:00) and we're told that our room wasn't ready yet. And check in time was at 3:00. They were told that we would be arriving about 1 or 2. Other hotels had our room ready or had another one we could switch to. The room however was very nice and clean, comfortable, and not near the elevator added bonus. Bathroom door lock didn't work. Breakfast was one of the best for hotels we've stayed in. Checkout was easy. Allover good experience”

“We were greeted by a very friendly gentleman, on July 3rd at approximately 4 pm, at the front desk. I can't remember his name, but he told us that he hoped that we enjoyed our stay at the Marriott. Very friendly and professional guy. Definitely an asset to your company. After checking into room 320, we did notice that the room was very outdated. Half painted trim by the jacuzzi and cracked tile on the floor and shower wall. It didn't affect our stay here, but one would expect more coming from the Marriott. The bed was very comfortable, A/C worked great, and so did the shower. The checkout process was a little different from checking in, as the two ladies at the front desk in the morning cared more about talking about other employees not doing their jobs right than what my needs were.”
