“It's a small park with paved boundary. It's got a small kids playground at one corner. People stroll alone or with their dogs. You are sometimes greeted with an occasional smile from strangers which might you happy. I jog their sometimes and wish people good morning with a smile. And yes a small fact the paved boundary is around 550 meters. So if you are on Target to achieve certain distance, hopefully this small trivia helps you.”

“They have one side for little toddlers and one side for older kids. The side for the older kids also has a part that reminds me of the ninja warrior obstacle course you see on tv. They also have an area to sit and watch your kids that is covered as well as a few benches. There is a large stationary musical instrument to play with as well as basketball courts. A little farther back, there are soccer goals. My kids love this park. Its petite but great”

“Great park that is close to several neighborhoods in Wylie. Playground has some fun features you don't find on smaller playgrounds. Walking track around the park can be used for bikes or pushing a stroller. Basketball courts could use some new nets but definitely playable.”

“I live at the Fountains Apts. I blessed up on this community in a mad rush relocating. 100% blessing!! The staff is all VERY friendly and really enjoyable personalities. I've found them to be very responsive to any maintenance issue and reasonable in repair times. The rent is fair and the location solid. Its a VERY kid & dog friendly community. The complex was purchased under new management just a couple months ago and since then have by making repairs EVERYWHERE (replaced all windows, pools, roof etc.) like they're possessed with greatness in details (definitely a virtue!!). I cannot speak on the other complexes surrounding this one however I can 100% say Fountains is FANTASTIC and the employees are now people I call friends.”
