We had the AC, Dishwasher, and the faucet on the side of the house all repaired quick and professionally. I haven't had to deal with the return of the deposit but we love this house so hopefully we won't have to for a long while.”

“Wow, what can I say about this place that does it justice? I'll try to include everything but I'm sure I'll forget something. I've been living here for a few years and so I can definitely give an accurate review of the complex and staff. I've seen staff changes and management changes a few times, but my experience has been that it's normal for apartments. The girls working in the office now are so sweet and helpful! They always have a smile when I come in and are very attentive when I have any questions. The manager used to be here, left, then came back and I'm very glad to see her back again. Maintenance is always helpful and even if it takes a couple of days for them to get to me, I know whatever the problem is will be fixed. The property is older, so along with that are maintenance issues that come with having 30-plus year old buildings. When people say their apartment is nothing but paint slapped up, that's just not true. Yes, some of what is in the apartments are painted instead of replaced, but it is done well and looks nice. I mean, come on, you're moving into a complex built before I was born, and you expect brand new? That's ridiculous. The amenities are awesome. Pools are absolutely gorgeous and the landscaping is pretty. The tennis court is used a lot even though I don't use it, and the fitness center is big and bright and open. You can't beat the location, either. So close to Bush and 75, with grocery stores and shopping close by, but not on super busy roads with a lot of traffic noise. I adore the park across the street and often go jogging over there. Overall, this place is definitely worth 5 stars, as long as you aren't expecting it to be like a brand new high-rise. It's okay to have high expectations of a place, but don't be unreasonable. GREAT JOB, everyone! Keep it up! :)”
