“Very impressed with Dr Alvis and his staff. My experience with them started out today with a cleaning by Sadie. She made me feel very comfortable and took the time to explain everything to me and followed up with education on brushing techniques to help me target areas that need special attention. From there I then saw Dr Alvis. Dr Alvis made me feel comfortable while he examined my teeth. He was very thorough, explained his findings and my X-rays. I have not been to a dentist in 2 years plus I had a broken tooth. Dr Alvis preformed a root canal with a crown and 1 filling. I never felt any pain! Absolutely the best experience I have ever had at the dentist! Dr Alvis and his staff provide top of the line dental care. Very professional and caring. Also thank you Vanessa for making sure I was comfortable, the neck pillow was awesome!”

“I wanted to share a good experience as I feel like I am seeing too many negative experiences in the reviews. Mental Health is not a one appointment, one standard medication type of treatment. I have been seeing NP French for medication management for at least 6 months now. She is very knowledgeable and shares her knowledgeable during each visit. When you go for a medication management session, the provider is not there for you to talk about your recent daily goings-about. The medication management provider is there to evaluate the effectiveness of your prescribed medication on an objective basis using questionnaires and talking about how you feel the medication is working for you. Since starting with NP French, I have noticed a massive improvement in my mood, attitude, and ability to focus. She’s been really wonderful and is focused on patient safety first, as she should be. I’ve also never had any struggles with the office staff or billing department. Everyone has been beyond friendly and helpful. If you are looking to do talk therapy, consider requesting a talk-therapy session with their counselors, but if you are looking specifically for medication management, like me, NP French does a wonderful job in searching for the right medication for you. If that is what you are looking for, I highly recommend NP French and her staff.”

Because of the family like community here this small local gym is growing and expanding quickly which shows how wonderful and consistent they are. “Dr Lanos office is so nice, very professional, and they always have a smile for you. Dr Lano could use some improvement on his bedside manner. My first visit with Dr Lano was for a very serious problem with swallowing caused by a severe allergy to a medication. I didn’t find him very friendly or caring. But I have to say his treatment for my condition is working very well. A little kindness and caring goes a long way, makes for a good doctor and patient relationship. My second visit, a follow up, I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time, when he finally came into the exam room there was no apology for the wait. This was a very quick visit, a quick check and then he left the room, while I was still talking to him. I am a retired RN CCM, with over 40 years in nursing. In all those I never forgot caring, compassion, kindness, and empathy. Valerie his nurse is absolutely wonderful. She is caring and thoughtful. She took very good care of my needs, returning my calls, getting my prescription refills approved, and working with the pharmacy staff. I can’t say enough about Valerie. She has been wonderful at both visits, new patient and follow up.”
