The facility and city staff did an amazing job to accommodate a large crowd in some hot weather. I’d suggest some cooling stations with misters and fans fir next year. “Absolutely awesome gym, coaches, and members! They're the best for three reasons: 1) I'm still going after eight months. The coaches are always positive and their enthusiasm is contagious. And the members are welcoming and super supportive. 2) I'm stronger than I was ten years ago. The coaches do a great job of pushing me to get better without overdoing it. They seem to sense when people need to be pushed or need a break. 3) I think I'll be able to do CrossFit without injury for a long time with SLC. The coaches are constantly drilling safe technique and they're very good about helping us reach our limits without going over. Seriously - a membership will be the best money you spend all month!”

Dedicated time to play pickup (king of the court style), friendly staff and ownership, well maintained facilities, and dedicated workout spaces in the back. There are also shooting machines to use when one of the 5 hoops are open and training staff on site. Highly recommended!”

“I just wanted to thank Lorenzo for being so kind and efficient during the whole process. I reserved the unit the day prior and I immediately got an email confirming my reservation and a call and email the next day from Lorenzo confirming my rental. When we arrived Lorenzo was very friendly and communicative about the rental and all that was included. He showed us the unit, explained the lock and then he went over the lease with me and sent me links to automatically open the gate with my phone and to set up auto debit for my unit. The rental includes a free truck which is super helpful in the moving process. Overall it was the best deal I was able to find and I’m very pleased with the service that Lorenzo provided me.”
