“Doctors are amazing and really care. If they weren't so exceptional I'd give 4 stars because we can never take our dogs without having to get a gazillion shots for 3 bills plus. They have treated all 3 of my dogs for many different things, including an eye surgery where my dog's eyes look perfect now . Lastly, they love all 3 dogs and have nice things to say, even when one of them is a 100lb spaz. Will always be loyal to this place forever.”

“Great experience. I live in Houston and use my local Walgreens there exclusively. Recently, I had back disc replacement surgery in Dallas and stayed with my in-laws for the recovery period. I called this Walgreens ahead of time to make sure they could and would handle a new prescription of pain medications. The Pharmacist Jo looked up my account in Houston, said ‘no problem’ and even reordered the medicine I would need ahead of time to make sure enough of it was there for me. When my wife went to fill the prescription, they expedited it and it was ready within the hour. Great service. Walgreens, you should be proud of this store’s staff!!”

“I've had chronic neck pain for nearly 2 years which wasn't resolved with standard chiro care or other methods I tried. I had become resigned that I may experience this pain permanently. Which sheds some light on it having a diverse selection despite it being a local hardware, in comparison to the bigger hardware stores.”

“I really like the Dr at the Coppell location, but it's been an expensive experience. I was over charged for my allergy shots for almost a year. I only found out by accident when I was on the phone with my insurance provider. It took some work but they did refund my credit card. I also took a simple blood test that my Dr recommended, but the front desk did not check my insurance... it turns out the test has been considered experimental for more than a year by most insurance companies. I've spent many hours over the last 4 months with the lab, my insurance provider and the Dr office trying to get the cost reduced... no luck so far so it's looking like I'll be paying $1200 out-of-pocket for a test that confirmed I am allergic to a banana and other foods... not worth it to me. If you choose this Dr, in order to save a couple of hundred bucks, I suggest you learn about insurance procedure/diagnostics codes. It's been a real education on how insurance works. Having poor procedures in a Dr's front office can cost you big time so beware.”
