When I complained this morning the manager was so understanding and allowed me to exchange. I really appreciate him. I had swore not to shop again @ this location , but this manager is cool, calm & solved the situation. I will still continue shopping this particular location. He was awesome 👌”

“This healthcare facility was not the average norm with wait times and rude staff at the desk. I found every single person from the front desk to the Dr. a great experience. I felt genuinely cared for and this team did everything in their power to make me feel comfortable with my medical issue. I was so grateful. The team is well trained and knowledgeable which also helps. The Dr did not even blink and eye about what needed to happen. He walked me through every step. It was well worth the copay and the drive. I will never go anywhere else for emergency care.”

“They do second chance check and are open on Sundays which is awesome!! My only complaint is that when I was hospitalized and lost my job I was unable to close my checking account and continuously got charged $35 every time they checked and I did not have more than $100 in my checking account. I proved to them that I was not awake at Parkland Hospital and could not close my account but it was company policy to charge me a fee for six months and then I had to pay the fee with direct deposit in order to get my account back. I have them as my bank still but would not have a bank account if they were not a second chance checking bank so I forgive their fees.”

“We went to Banfield for my two dogs for awhile, then we went to another vet for one year because my parents wanted to go to a veterinarian office that speaks our language (so they can communicate better). But we realized there's no veterinarian like this Banfield. From the front desk to the doctors(Dr.Lee is the best!), you can tell they love animals and care them with lots of love. They are always welcoming and explain to you what's going on in detail. Highly recommended.”

“The team that came out to clean the ducts was great! They even recommended and fixed the crossover ducts instead of replacing them which saved me money. They did a great job with the cleaning and were very professional. Having the ducts cleaned was one of the best things to have done to the a/c system. The system runs more efficiently and the quality of the air in my home has improved.!!”
