  I think the best thing about RBM (White Rock and Richardson) is how generous and equal their attention is with each customer. Whether I’m buying a road bike for my son, a cruiser for myself, a new saddle for my husband, or replacement straps for my bike rack, they always have time, interest, and information to meet my cycling needs. Bottom line, they want everyone to enjoy cycling at their own level. We have bought four bikes, numerous gear, and have always been treated well and promptly.

  Went to Richardson Bike Matt for the first time to look at a bike I had decided to test ride after spending 20+ hours researching and searching road bikes. I am thankful to have come across Joe C. who assisted me throughout my visit.
  
  After hitting 1,000 miles on a $100 road bike I bought off craigslist to make sure I enjoyed the sport, I am beyond ecstatic and anxious to pick up my bike in a few weeks.
  
  Layaway is an awesome option that allowed me to secure the bike at an amazing price.

  Joe T and Eric are awesome! The service here is fantastic, and Joe T was especially helpful to me when buying my first bike. Highly recommend.

  Joe was great! I walked in, asked a few questions, and he helped me pick out a few bikes that would suit my needs. I did some research on their website (very useful), and made a decision. They gave me some trade in credit on my old bike, and a discount on a few accessories I needed to get going.
  I will definitely be back for any of my other bike needs!
