  We've purchased several Bikes here, and always have them serviced here. Super friendly staff and extremely convenient location at the crossing of the White Rock Creek Trail and the Flag Pole Hill Trail. I recently purchased my first road bike. Dallas Bike Works not only fitted the bike for me adjusting seat, handle bars, shoes, but they went above and beyond fine tuning it for me. These guys are the best offering friendly service and assistance every time I visit.

  I got tons of help from them while buying my first bike, however after that initial experience I've always just felt incompetent when I went in their store. Knowing as little about bikes as I do (I've only recently started learning) I'm still not completely confident in things I say or need, and although they help, it feels as if they do so begrudgingly. When they help it always makes me feel WORSE about my knowledge, they second guess things I know and give little thought to what I expect issues are. So if you're pretty new to cycling I wouldn't really suggest them, however I'm sure if you know what you're talking about and can stick to your guns they'll do wonders for you.

  They fixed the issue quickly and went above expectations by making adjustments to other components at no cost. Great customer service and a sweet selecting of biking gear! Highly recommend.
