PUREBEAUTY Salon & Spa at Neiman Marcus

I actually expect more when I visit Neiman Marcus and the salon is no different. When you first enter the salon on the lower level, you are most definitely underwhelmed by the entrance, ambiance, everything! It's as if the placement of the salon was an afterthought. The front staff doesn't greet you with any beverage offerings while you wait for your appointment at all. If you attempt to compare reviews to their social media, good luck, they hardly ever update that and when they do, it's another underwhelming experience. My rating is based solely on my stylist, Arthur, who does incredible work with my hair - restoring the length, health and beauty of my natural hair. I go for the quality work that my stylist has.

This was already my favorite salon but I recently got to meet and be treated by a stylist named Stephanie and it was a fantastic experience. She did my highlights, my deep conditioning, my trim AND my style all in a timely manner and I have not stopped getting compliments on my appearance. She was fun to talk to and get to know and she made me look and feel like a rock star. I highly recommend Mrs Stephanie.

I live overseas and was hesitant to use anyone other than my usual hairdresser. What a great surprise to have found Joseph at the Purebeauty Salon. I wish I could take him back with me. He is beyond amazing! Loved my new look!

Joseph Serrano saved the day today! He gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had. He is truly a master at his craft. He listened to what I wanted and knew exactly how to get my hair there. The salon was clean and spacious. Highly recommend.
