“I had prints that were frameless for 6 years because I didn't trust the local chain stores to properly frame it. I found Sam's in Dallas and took him 3 prints. 1 of the 3, my most beloved print "Spanish Dancer" was damaged in the process of framing. I was heartbroken and in tears. Unfortunately, the company that I purchased from could no longer replicate the print. Sam was very apologetic and worked tirelessly to correct it. I appreciated greatly how he owned up to the damage and his offering of a consolation. He concealed the damage to where it's only now noticeable upclose. His friendly demeanor, willingness to go above and beyond to satisfy me as a customer and the quality of work exceeded my expectations. I returned a month later with two additional prints and they turned out beautiful. We always get compliments on all 5 framed prints. Thank you, Sam!”

Friendly customer service at the drive through. The sprite, was soo good. I’d say “McDonald’s” level quality - that classic crispness, they got that here -”

“Fast and friendly! Update I work in mechanical heavy industry and got a new phone that is not common and needed protection as it could even be damaged in my pocket this was the only store that had a case and glass protector for my phone. I could not remember where they were and drove by because they do not have a lot of signs out front but my friend that has a business near by that first told me about it showed me where it was and thank goodness because no other stores on Harry Hines had anything for my new phone type and I could only keep phone near but not on me till I got protection as it was a expensive phone . Being a technician I can say it is a great case I got and they even put the screen protector on while I was talking to my friend and I wanted to put it on myself because I am very picky but I am glad they did it because they did a excellent job and I am so happy! O should also add I have had my most recent case from them at least two months and my cases do get ugly from chemicals and oils and this one still looks like it could be owned by a desk jockey LMBO!”

The selection here is massive! They have all different sizes you could possibly need from runners even up to the very large over 15 foot rugs. The prices are average throughout however they do have some that are on sale prices.”
