“Highly recommend - great work at a fair price, delivered on time as promised and and with great communication along the way. We scraped / dented the door, door sill and alloy wheel on our older but low miles Honda Accord. I began with a few $3k+ estimates from larger / national vendors, who wanted to replace everything. I tried Yelp and got a range of estimates from comically low to similar $3k+. American Hail wasn't the cheapest, but very thorough, with a good compromise of what they could repair vs. replace. Carlos and Vanessa were polite, responsive and thorough. The shop is clean and easy to access. Our car was ready when promised and looks as good as new. We have used at least four other Dallas / Plano bodyshops in the last ~10 years. American Hail Specialists is the best we've experienced.”
