The Movement Standard

So far, I've only worked on "movement foundations", which is merely scratching the surface of what TMS offers, but already it's been a life-changing experience. Brian's teachings are extremely thoughtful and well-paced. All this detail reinforces the movement of our mind, which enables the movement of our body. I'm getting close to my first goal of a handstand pushup, and look forward to learning more with TMS.

A year and a half ago, I was initially scared, hesitant and intimidated to step foot into The Movement Standard because, from what I saw on instagram, everyone's capabilities far exceeded my own and what I believed myself to be capable of (yogic, fitness, sports background). I'm grateful that I finally decided to walk through those doors for the first time because this community has forever changed my life for the better. Everyone was and continues to be incredibly supportive with meeting me where I am in my practice and life. I'm proud to say I've met some lifelong friends here in this space. I understand myself more deeply and clearly, thanks to the guidance and unparalleled teachings from Brian and Carter, which will not be found anywhere else in Dallas. This place isn't for everyone, but if you get the feeling that "movement" resonates with you, this is no doubt the place. I hope to meet you there.

Simply the best! Dallas would not be the same without Brian, Carter, and The Movement Standard. Not to mention the welcoming community. The thought-out process to their teaching is unmatched in Dallas. The teachers do a great job at scaling the work and make it inviting for all levels.
