“This place deserves a great review. I got new tires and tech explained an issue with lug nuts. As usual, I inspect my vehicle after ever shop work. Noticed a few things that I didn't agree with and left a review. They are very responsive with their reviews, and got back with us the next morning. I went back the next morning and talked to tech about my problem, and as respectful as he is, he kept a level mind about my problem and promised to take care of the situation right away. “Needed the convertible top repaired on my 2007 Nissan 350z. Top would not close completely in the rear. Nissan wanted $1200, and told me that might fix the issue. Henry knocked himself out and got the repair taken care of at a very reasonable price. Took longer than I would have liked, but considering all the work he had to do; it was well worth the wait. We scraped / dented the door, door sill and alloy wheel on our older but low miles Honda Accord. I began with a few $3k+ estimates from larger / national vendors, who wanted to replace everything. I tried Yelp and got a range of estimates from comically low to similar $3k+. American Hail wasn't the cheapest, but very thorough, with a good compromise of what they could repair vs. replace. Carlos and Vanessa were polite, responsive and thorough. The shop is clean and easy to access. Our car was ready when promised and looks as good as new. We have used at least four other Dallas / Plano bodyshops in the last ~10 years. American Hail Specialists is the best we've experienced.”

“Found a replacement radiator for my Ford backhoe on their website. Awesome price and they guaranteed it not to leak. UPS delivered it the next day! I took it from the box and discovered it had a small puncture that appeared to have happened during shipping. I took pictures and called them. After a very short visit by phone, they shipped a replacement next day and said UPS would pick up the damaged one in a few days. Great customer service experience! Will definitely call them again.”
