“My experience at Concentra on Empire was amazing. I came in for a drug screen. I was in & our in less than a hour even with 5 people waiting when I arrived. The staff was exceptional. Lacey & Paola definitely are the best. I was reading the reviews before I went in and was like are they really that good? But from start to finish, meaning to calling in first to make sure my authorization was in. (Talked to Paola and she checked & made sure it was). To being greeted with smiles & professionalism from both of them & the tech who performed my screen. Then to top it off Lacey even surprised me with healthy snacks & a bottle of water.
