“My name is Vanessa and my daughter Analia attends 2nd Step Day Care center. When we moved into South Dallas in May 2018 I really wanted to find a good daycare center for my daughter. I was very iffy bout moving her from Desoto .I began to tour most of the 5 star daycare centers in South Dallas and was not convinced. I drove off of I35 noticed 2nd Step Daycare scheduled a tour. I then looked into the reviews and figured they had a 3.7 review but I cared less bout the review. Because the minute I stepped a foot in that Door Ms. Williams made me feel comfortable and welcoming. I then got to meet the other two directors. Ms. Shionarie(Hope I spelled it correct) is one who has that bubbly talkitive and full of Joy personality she assured me my baby would be well taken care of they answers my 1000 questions with no hesitation. They are all awsome and about Mr. ANDRE definitely not rude he's just more serious and quite and throws the smile in when needed but always welcoming. Talk about the CARE it's AWsOme. They always have staff to cover all the kiddos and the Directors are always a part of the care as well. I can go on and on about how good this place is. My daughter has only been there for 4 months and she has learned how to sing her ABC count past 10. Can point out most of her body areas, sing, nap, manners, potty training etc.... Best place ever for anyone's Kiddo to be at. Ms. Sharon who is the immediate person to care for the Toddlers she's one of the best Child care providers ever. My daughter even calls her Mommy. “It is extremely hard and rare to come by a shop nowadays that does business to their standard. My 2016 ProStar was derated -because of what I assumed was the QLS Sensor-and I couldn’t get it into the shop for them to take a look at it. I was transferred to Brandon and we were able to arrange for a mobile tech to come out and take a look at it. Long story short, they were able to properly diagnose, get the warrantied part approved through NTP, and fix the real issue. I was back rolling in 2 days. Big shouts out to Brandon, Pete, and forgive me but I forgot the other technician’s name lol. I will be back for any further issues that may arise. Thanks gentlemen!”

“The store recently reopened after COVID-19. There is a new rep working in the store by the name of Jonathan Williamson who has went above and beyond to make sure a rather difficult situation was handled with the utmost professionalism and exceptional customer service. I had a bad experience with the movers, and their customer service was lacking; as well as their moving experience. Some of the issue was possibly out of their hand but they were rude. Jonathan was so wonderful, I do plan on purchasing from Modshop again because the craftsmanship of their sofas is high quality, beautiful and comfortable and Jonathan is part of the reason I will continue to be a customer. He was super nice and made sure I left as happy as I could in a situation that was out of his control. He shows that 1 person can truly make a difference in the perception of a company,and that a pleasant attitude is how you keep customer retention!”

“This is an awesome EF shoppe that even carries the limited edition capsule pieces. I stopped in to check the sweater weight of a couple of pieces in my favorite color and met some really wonderful sales associates. This store really shines in all ways, it's a lovely EF boutique. Unfortunately since I have moved from a more seasonal climate to the blazing desert of Arizona, many of my favorite minimalist EF pieces are too warm for my winter. This still doesn't deter me much from loving the pieces though...I'm dreaming of snappy fall days so I can wear my knits for sure!”

“This place was clean and quiet. When we went the unused equipment was being cleaned and sanitized which was nice to see. Everyone for the most part was just doing them and minding their business which I love in a gym, nothing is more annoying than working out in a gym where everyone is just staring at each other. They have all kinds of perks for black card members including bring a guest, tanning, body sculpting and massage chairs! Highly recommended!”
