“There wasn't a lot of people at the play place. But Linda who took my order and brought out my cookies was so sweet! She is great customer service, she had a smile on her face, she had such a lovely attitude! I would go back to this location just for Linda even though it's a little bit out of my way. The play place wasn't so great for a two-year-old. But we still had fun. I wish it had more slides. But it just has one slide that's on the second level of the play place. But I will say that I did go into The Play Place several times. It was clean, there wasn't wads of dirt or hair anywhere. There wasn't dirty tables all over the place. The trash cans were not overflowing. So it was a great visit”

I feel relieved that Jake was able to determine exactly what my car issues were. He and his team drove it to hear for themselves, they were thorough, and even though my car needs work, I can tell that they already fixed it enough for me to feel safe driving it. Then when that didn't work she decided to troubleshoot and reboot her computer. She had the western union kiosk up and running without breaking a sweat or losing her cool. “The Assistant manager, and two other employees helped me more than any business ever has... They helped me correct a lot of mistakes made by the Wylie store, which I will never go to again. They help me get my bill from 600.00 to 300.00, and help me receive refunds I deserved. They patiently and professionally sat there helping me get my account straight for at least 3 hours. This meant everything to me because my Dad and Mom recently passed away 3 months apart. I’ve been so busy taking care of their business affairs after their deaths, that I had not had time to take care of my own. As they worked with me they wrote copious notes, so that I didn’t have to. I call this servant leadership. I didn’t even buy anything from the store, but the next phone I buy will certainly be from these incredible employees. “I love Tiff's Treats! I don't care if people say they are overpriced. I'm willing to pay for it because I will never bake cookies for myself. I enjoy eating them when I have a craving but I don't want to do the work of making them. Plus I don't eat them often enough to justify buying all the materials.
