From the moment that I called for information about their school they made me feel very secure in the entire process I had been a stay at home mom with my daughter so it was extremely scary for me to just leave her with strangers when I had never even left her alone with family. Every other daycare I had called seemed like they just wanted money and didn’t care if it was a good fit for my family and I. Mrs. Megan wanted to make sure not only I felt comfortable but my daughter Evelyn as well. The teachers treated us like family and for the first month every time I would call to check up on her they never felt annoyed with me bothering them for an update and seemed finite than happy to go check on her for me just so I could have reassurance. We will truly miss being a part of such a great and caring school as well as her teachers Ms. Fatima & Ms. Shelby! “My go to place for Dim Sum in DFW. Kind of hidden within a Vietnamese complex. It's gotten busier over the years as more people have found out about it. They have the push carts for authenticity and generally do a good job of making the rounds with the various options. You can order Dim Sum off the menu if it's something you don't see. Everything has pretty good portion sizes and comes out hot and fresh.”

She is great customer service, she had a smile on her face, she had such a lovely attitude! I would go back to this location just for Linda even though it's a little bit out of my way. The play place wasn't so great for a two-year-old. But we still had fun. I wish it had more slides. But it just has one slide that's on the second level of the play place. But I will say that I did go into The Play Place several times. It was clean, there wasn't wads of dirt or hair anywhere. There wasn't dirty tables all over the place. The trash cans were not overflowing. So it was a great visit”

“It took 2 attempts of just showing up and standing in line before figuring out the best and most efficient way to get in and out of this place without wasting an entire day. I was told this is the best facility when it comes to number of employees at any given time. First things first. You MUST get in-line ONLINE at 7am that morning. You will immediately receive an estimated time of the appointment and are told to arrive ten minutes prior to your scheduled time. Once inside you will check in at kiosk and put in your phone number and the system will print out a ticket for you. Sit down and wait but you will not wait too long. I may have waited about 15 or so minutes before my ticket was called. Quite the painless experience, really. If for some reason the wait is longer than expected then you can grab your ticket and go back home. You have until 3pm that same day to show up before your spot is taken. I wish I would have figured out the system on the first attempt but oh well. Hopefully it will save you some time.”
