“The experience of purchasing my new Polaris Ranger here was as close to perfection as it could be. I arrived at CTS and spent time looking for the Polaris I had decided I wanted with no pressure at all. When I found it and entered the facility Chris was right there to assist me. He took me quickly through the purchasing process and in no time the paperwork was done and I had purchased my machine. I added a roof and extended warranty that I knew I wanted and was not pressured to add anything else. Chris was great. I left to go buy a new trailer to carry my new ride home and by the time I returned my new Polaris Ranger 570 EPS was ready to go. We spent time going over operation, maintenance and safety and even the questions I did not know I needed to ask were answered. The entire experience was quick and easy thanks to Chris and the rest of the staff.”

Well, the next day I returned and met the most wonderful, kindest, absolute genuine, professional manager Mary! She made me feel like we had known each other forever! OMG! She went over the contract step by step, gave me the prices, made sure I knew the guidelines. She answered every concern with kindness and patience. She was very detailed and the office was nice and clean. I spent so much time there just talking to her, she was a joy and I left feeling like I had made a new friend! So if you need storage, don't bother with the rest and see Mary! She has no idea how much she impacted my day by listening and speaking words of encouragement without knowing my situation. Oh yeah, the prices were cheaper than other places I checked on not to mention this location was very clean and safe.”

She trusts each coach and is encouraged by the positive attitudes! “This place is very good???? The manager came out and spoke and the entire team was friendly and helpful. I did also notice that everyone that seemed to be clocked in to work was actually doing something. They were not just standing around and acting clueless. Everyone was neat in appearance and had very great attitudes. When I visit these fast food places I am looking at the appearance of the team and the cleanliness of the place. Believe it or not it does mean alot. It tells you if management is on their job as a leader. But no complaints at all. These place is clean and the food was amazing. The sweet tea is my favorite you all have to try it if you have not already???? Keep up the good work Team Chicken Express Near Wheatland and Hampton Rd. ????”
