  Best decision I ever made was to move here! The girls are absolutely fabulous! Bethany was OUTSTANDING! So sweet, professional, and an absolute delight to talk to! Anytime I ever have a question or concern she has an answer! Would recommend over and over again!!

  Our family moved here in late June and have absolutely loved the community! Hayley was the best leasing agent you could ask for and made the transition from our house of 20 years to this community seamless. We had our share of hiccups during the first 45 days and Hayley worked tirelessly to ensure any concerns were answered. There are several things I really enjoy about the complex:
  
  - Maintenance is quick and easy to request
  - Management responses to issues quickly
  - Community events are frequent and fun
  
  We look forward to calling this home for a while. Thank you Hayley for all you have done!

  The leasing experience was a breeze, and the agents really do make every effort to make you feel at home. Look out for Haley when you get a chance, she'll go above and beyond to make sure this is the right place for you. Everything is, of course, brand new and they have some great prices for the value that you're getting. Beautiful views and great location, I don't think you can go wrong with living here!

  Haley is always very helpful with whatever I need. I really appreciate all of her help. She welcomes me with a smile every time I come into the office and is able to address any needs I may have quickly! She’s the best.

  Our family loves living at the Mansions at Bayside. This is resort living and a fantastic community combined with an outstanding staff. We transitioned from a home on the golf course and this has been the best decision for our family.
  
  The staff is highly professional and well-trained. Haley did an excellent job in helping us find the right environment.
  
  Their executive director James keeps this property immaculate. It sure is great not to have any repairs to make on a house and to have everything taken care of quickly and professionally when there is a need.
  
  Moving to the Mansion at Bayside.has significantly cut my stress level and improved my quality of a life.
  
  Haley and the leasing staff have a very welcoming and positive attitude. The resort sells itself
  
  It's nice to have several meetings where there is no pressure whatsoever,j and to always receive helpful information.
  
  The view of the bay is awesome and the access right on i-30 has cut my travel time to work.
