  I was referred to The Towers at Bayside by my Realtor, Lynsey Belloso. She helped us to get a great move in promotion which highly influenced me to move forward with the look and lease promotion. We were assisted by an awesome leasing agent, Haley Schukei. Haley made the application and move in process seamless. She made sure to show us the best available units at a great rate. The property sold itself with all of the amenities that it has to offer. I have been living at The Towers for 2 weeks now and Haley has continued to help me with any questions that I have. I really enjoy the atmosphere at The Towers, it is a safe, quiet, luxury complex.
  
  If you are looking to sign a lease here, I would highly recommend working with Haley. She will go above and beyond to make your transition as easy as possible.

  Since day ONE from the application process to the 1st day of my actual move everyone in this office made me feel welcome and answer all my question and tackle all my concerns without making me feel I was bothering them. Vinny, thank you so much for making one of my goals this year a reality. The director was amazing and worked his magic. To everyone I came in contact with at this office. This people offer me 2 months worth of free rent and meant it. No gimmicks, among other offers and pay for my movers. I am very lucky cause I never in a million years will think I could live in a place like this but Vinny told me it was possible and they made it happen.
  
  This place is home now, my very first apartment ever a dream come true. My apartment is super amazing and beautiful. At last the peace I needed. Forever grateful. I can't thank you guys enough....

  I came in for a tour and Vinny was super helpful and patient with my questions. I visited right at sunset, and the views over the lake were amazing! Although I did end up going with the Towers sister site across the lake, the perks and amenities at both properties are designed to make sure residents know they are valued.
  The apartment spaces are roomy, open and inviting. The property itself has excellent landscaping so even if you don't have a full lake view, you will enjoy what you see.
  The freeway is close to the property, and at rush hour, can be heard on the southwest side of the building. If you like city sounds, it will be a pleasant hum. If you don't, it can be disturbing. Its not at all noticeable in the northwest corner of the property, but you still get to see the river of light that competes with the sunset on the lake.

  When we first walked in we were very impressed with the welcoming staff inside of the front office. Everyone was very kind and one of the sales ladies that helped us, Vinny, was extremely helpful giving us a tour and telling us everything we needed to know. Me and my girlfriend are new to the apartment life and Vinny helped us all the way though it. I recommend going to her for questions. Can’t wait to move in!

  Amy in the leasing office was absolutely wonderful! I signed my lease about 10 weeks prior to my actual move in date, and she was able to hold the exact unit I wanted! And even better, the first floor units are less expensive! Perfect for me and my dog! I've loved every bit of my first month here and am looking forward to many more! Be advised: The parking garage isn't tall enough for a Uhaul truck, so I'd advise getting a truck and trailer from Home Depot. Thanks for all the help Amy!
