“My wife and I have been living here for over year. We have immensely enjoyed life here. It's very dog friendly and we have a beautiful view of the lake from our apartment. The grounds are always very clean with great landscaping. We love the paved walking path along the lake with nature all around it and go on it often. The office staff has always been very responsive, especially Celeste, she has been very welcoming and helpful, anything I've needed she has quickly resolved it for me. Bre, in the office, is also friendly and accommodating. I would like to add that Brian, who's on the maintenance staff, is very professional, courteous, and fast. Every maintenance request I have submitted he resolves within 1 or 2 days.”

“I LOVE this place. I have been to two other locations and the customer service has just been HORRIBLE! This Rowlett location is just incredible! Abel is so friendly and is always smiling at you. Mark worked so hard to try and fix my glasses (they’re old and needed an upgrade) and still had such an amazingly kind spirit when he couldn’t. Then Asmaa (I think she’s a manager) was not only able to help me order new glasses, but also fix the ones I have while waiting. They go above and beyond every time I come in here. Definitely deserving of 5 stars.”
