I realized I needed a personal trainer or someone to workout with for accountability. The classes are structured to set your ‘pace’ and ‘level of intensity’, so this place is for everyone (beginner/intermediate/advanced) who wants to challenge themselves each time. There are 1 or more trainers per class and a very small group. Everyone at Lift House is super friendly, helpful, and patient. You will get the level of attention you want or need.
