“This park like many parks throughout the southern part of Oak Cliff offers a walking trail. Persons of all ages use the trail for walking, jogging, and some biking. There are stations for aerobic exercising. It is a favorite location for families to bring children to use the play/climbing equipment.”

“I only give this four stars because of its limited size. The bark is well fenced, sturdy fencing, and wide open for your dog to run in. They even as you can see, put down straw to keep it from being muddy. There is limited seating and unfortunately during the winter except for the bench in the middle there is no shade. But overall you've got to give props to a small town for having such a nice dog park”

“I really enjoy coming to this park. There is so much to do here, it's like an amusement park. I normally just walk for exercise, but if my daughter is with me she'll walk a lap and then play at the playground. Every time I come, I see people playing basketball, tennis, the water park is still open, there is either a baseball game or kickball game going on, people playing frisbee with each other or their dogs. Haven't had any bad experiences as of yet, everyone seems friendly. There is parking in the parking lot or around the park as well.”

“This is one of the most popular spots to enjoy the Dallas skyline. Parking is available in a lot nearby, but most of it is limited to one hour parking. I'm not sure if it's strictly enforced, but be aware before going. There isn't any other convenient parking location nearby so get here a little earlier than you planned for. Trails lead to the top of the levee or to the bottom of the river depending on where you want to urban hike.”

“This park is really nice. And it’s really good walking distance from my house. I basically grew up at this park. It has a really nice circle that you can walk around or ride your bike. The tennis courts are fantastic. And the playground is nice. The people there are genuinely nice people to. It’s very family friendly”

“Clean, safe, well-lit walking bridge near the downtown Dallas area. The bridge sits atop of the Trinity River. It's an easy walk suitable for all ages. There are several designated seating areas and several spots to take photos of the view. Overall, this is a great spot to check off on your site-seeing tour of the Dallas area.”

“We actually had a great time today because there was not a while lot of people there. With that being said, it is a really great park, but is CRAZY during the summer. So don't expect to have personal space lol”

“Beautiful park!! Nice lake, and walking trails. We went at night and I liked the way the park was lit up. It had beautiful architecture with these structures that were like very fancy gazebos. There were a lot of people there enjoying their evening, including me and my guy on our first date.”

“This is a nice place. My friend and I went the other night to walk and they had a concert going on. It was well organized. Except for the parking. There’s not enough parking. (That we could find.) The park is so pretty with mature trees for shade, nice green grass. Benches to sit on near the water falls. A splash pad for children. Public restrooms. All within walking distance to some great shops, bistros, etc. Be sure to check online for upcoming events. You won’t be disappointed.”
