Friendly staff, they even explained a few recent changes to their menu and offered to comp the updated item if we didn’t care for their new take on it. Food arrived relatively fast, cooked to order and tasty. Manager stopped by to ask our opinion of the updated items, but we were happily satisfied so we paid up. Burgers don’t let down here, tho if poppy seeds aren’t your thing, I believe you can ask for a regular bun or even go bun-less if you’re counting carbs or prefer a lettuce wrapped burger instead. A bit on the louder side, but then again if there’s people talking and having a good time it must be a place to check out. Will go back to try the other menu items.”

“I was craving a fried pork chop, a quick Google search led me here. I walked into a restaurant full of elderly/older white people and was honestly a little nervous. Wasn’t sure if this place catered to certain dietary restrictions or something but I decided to stay. I made the right decision! Everyone was friendly, especially my waitress. She was busy working 6 tables at once but she kept a smile on her face the whole time! I ordered the fried pork chop, fried okra, green beans, and butter beans. Everything was flavorful, hot, and delicious. It was too much food so sadly I didn’t eat all of it but I will definitely be back to try some other dishes!!! Oh and it was on the lunch menu so I only paid $9 for my food! Highly recommend!!!”

We sampled all the desserts (not typically dessert eaters) and they were all worthy of returning for! So glad we have this spot in town. They did not disappoint!!”
