“It is extremely hard and rare to come by a shop nowadays that does business to their standard. My 2016 ProStar was derated -because of what I assumed was the QLS Sensor-and I couldn’t get it into the shop for them to take a look at it. I was transferred to Brandon and we were able to arrange for a mobile tech to come out and take a look at it. Long story short, they were able to properly diagnose, get the warrantied part approved through NTP, and fix the real issue. I was back rolling in 2 days. Big shouts out to Brandon, Pete, and forgive me but I forgot the other technician’s name lol. I will be back for any further issues that may arise. Thanks gentlemen!”

There is a new rep working in the store by the name of Jonathan Williamson who has went above and beyond to make sure a rather difficult situation was handled with the utmost professionalism and exceptional customer service. I had a bad experience with the movers, and their customer service was lacking; as well as their moving experience. Some of the issue was possibly out of their hand but they were rude. Jonathan was so wonderful, I do plan on purchasing from Modshop again because the craftsmanship of their sofas is high quality, beautiful and comfortable and Jonathan is part of the reason I will continue to be a customer. He was super nice and made sure I left as happy as I could in a situation that was out of his control. He shows that 1 person can truly make a difference in the perception of a company,and that a pleasant attitude is how you keep customer retention!”

I stopped in to check the sweater weight of a couple of pieces in my favorite color and met some really wonderful sales associates. This store really shines in all ways, it's a lovely EF boutique. Unfortunately since I have moved from a more seasonal climate to the blazing desert of Arizona, many of my favorite minimalist EF pieces are too warm for my winter. The vinyl selection is solid but not compared to a bigger vinyl store. But it's ok there's enough here to make whatever you want to design happen.
