Still not crazy about overall policy, but we found a FAIR compromise, and after all that is what usiness and customer service is all about. Thanks you!! I have done the last business I will ever do with this business. Their return policy is the worst of any company I have dealt with. They take 20% on restocking even just 5 days after purchase, and then only apply it as a company credit. So at the end of the day if you have NO need to purchase anything from this company in the next 2 years, then you loose all your money. As an individual, I have lost well over $100 in this transaction. They truly DON'T CARE, about the customer. So LOWES, HOME DEPOT, McCOYs, and ALL other companies will receive any future business I will have, because they care about their customers. BYE KAM!!”
