“My first experience dates back to 2017. I’ve gone in the store window shopping (for a solid year before one purchase) and received the same attention as if I were buying that day. These guys are all patient, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I read the negative reviews. An experienced person knows you can’t return a firearm. Anywhere. Duh. Electronics always have stringent return policies even at big box stores. Most of the complaints I saw were from people not taking responsibility for their own knowledge and information. They need babysitters. I don’t want them next to me on a range! This is a GREAT store with GREAT service. Better than I’ve had anywhere else, which is why they get my return business.”

“I have been seeing doctor Shweta for almost 3 years now. She is extremely personable and listen to and take care of my needs. My visits with her are not rushed. She is definitely NOT one of those doctors who want to impress you with their knowledge. Our sessions seems more like a conversation with a friend who also happen to be a subject matter expert. She is very smart and thorough in her investigation of symptoms. She will not leave anything unchecked and will get to the bottom of things. I am fortunate to have found such a great PCP.”

“The office makes a good first impression. It’s attractive, clean, and able to seat quite a few people while maintaining good social distancing. The office staff are very professional and warm. Everyone is polite and respectful. The actual medical personnel are courteous, kind, and competent. Stacy, the Nurse Practitioner who attended me, was wonderfully knowledgeable. She explained everything thoroughly, taking time to answer all my questions as well as those of my daughter. My appointment was such a positive experience! We aren’t always able to say that about our first visit to a new provider. I would confidently recommend this practice to family and friends.”

“I have high dental anxiety...when I visited this establishment they actually had to wait for my heart rate to go down...its bad anxiety. However, dr Neville was honest, upfront, careful, and precise. I ended up having to get a crown lengthening performed and he walked me through the procedure and was honest that it may not work (it ended up working great!) but that the procedure wasn’t a sure thing. He at no point tried to force me into making a decision and was honest concerning the outcome. My procedure went great and dr Neville kept me informed throughout. Recovery was a breeze. I ended up getting to keep my tooth and did not require further treatment. After all this, my insurance company gave us the run around but dr Neville and his excellent staff worked with me through it all and communicated with my insurance until they paid for the service. I can not recommend this establishment enough! Excellent customer service and care at each stage of the process.”

“My 09 Civic Si timing chain tensioner failed and car broke down in my driveway. Rafa and Angel took great care of me and fixed her up no problem. They even towed my car to the shop. They texted me and kept me up-to-date on the repairs, which only took a couple of days. They let me provide my own parts because I prefer Honda OEM. Out the door, labor cost only $180 total. I am picky about who I choose to work on my cars, but Rafa and Angel are true performance mechanics who know exactly what they are doing. I cannot recommend them highly enough.”
